Photography

We'll photograph pretty much anything, any time, anywhere subject to the laws of the land! Recent commissions have included portraits, paintings, cosmetics, a bed and breakfast, antiques, gardens and a local rock star's eye!!

Equipment

We use Canon DSLR cameras, Canon lenses, Canon close-up equipment and Canon flash. We like Canon!! A Manfrotto tripod completes the kit list.

Post Processing

Pictures are usually taken in RAW format and are processed using Adobe Bridge and Adobe Photoshop. More often than not the aim is to create an image which captures the mood and feel of the original shot. However, 'special effects', including text can be added if required.

End Products

Images can be supplied in almost any way you like including electronic files on a CD, files on a website or via email, mounted and unmounted prints or photobooks. Images can also be used as artwork to form part of other projects.

Costs

There are three elements to the cost:

• taking pictures: this is based on time and is charged at £25.00 per hour. Commissions undertaken over 20 miles from base will also incur a charge for travel.
• post processing: also based on the time taken and charged at £25.00 per hour
• producing the end results: this depends on the nature of the end result. For example, the creation of a CD is a simple task involving little time and materials whereas mounted prints take both time and materials and will therefore cost more!
